The Stars In The Sky was a children's show from 1979 created for public access, then being picked up by cable for reruns. The show ran six episodes before it was cancelled due to a stripping of rights for Inanimates (sentient toys, most of which the cast were), financial concerns, and the distributor going bankrupt. Over the years, the show gained a small cult following before a "rejuvinated" version was announced by Somnis, a former main character on the show. Eventually that rejuvinated version was released, and is still going strong!
